It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products. 

As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7- 14 working days.

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on hello@sheelajewel.com within 48 hours of the product delivery. Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
